My Take on Persistent Spike Protein (PSP) – Covid
The Hidden Battle No One Talks About: My Take on Persistent Spike Protein (PSP)
— by Karyn from GronnHealth
Let me share something important that’s been weighing on my heart lately—because if you’ve been feeling “off” long after COVID or after your booster shots, you’re not imagining it.
As COVID cases have started to settle down, a new issue has been quietly rising—something called Persistent Spike Protein syndrome, or PSP. I know, it sounds medical and confusing, but stay with me.
So, what is the spike protein?
It’s a small part of the virus, but it’s the one that does the most damage. It attaches to special “docking points” (called ACE2 receptors) found all over your body—from your lungs to your heart, brain, gut, and more. Once it’s in, it lets the whole virus slip into your cells.
And once you’ve got enough of that spike protein floating around—whether from the actual virus or from repeated mRNA shots (yes, including boosters)—it can stick around. For a long time.
Why does that matter?
Because this stuff doesn’t just leave. And once it’s in your system, it can affect just about everything—your energy, your immune system, your mood, your digestion… even how you sleep.
Many of us who thought we were doing the right thing by protecting ourselves with multiple shots are now finding out that our bodies were flooded with more spike protein than if we’d just had the virus and recovered.
I’ve been diving deep into this, and what I’ve learned is eye-opening.
Here’s what makes PSP so hard to treat:
It hides. It’s in the blood, on those ACE2 receptors, inside our cells—and in some cases, it may even trick our body into making more of it.
The scariest part? People with the worst symptoms still have spike protein circulating in their blood. But removing it from the blood isn’t enough.
To truly heal, your body has to:
-
Remove the spike protein from everywhere
-
Destroy any damaged or infected cells
-
Stop your cells from producing more spike protein (especially if that mRNA instruction is still active)
-
And support the tissues where it’s been quietly hiding
Autopsy reports are even showing spike protein all over the body. No organ seems completely safe.
But it gets worse… the spike protein is toxic on its own.
Even when there’s no virus, the spike protein can cause inflammation, stress, and cellular damage. It acts like a slow-dripping poison, causing oxidative stress—the kind that ages you, weakens your body, and messes with your metabolism.
That’s why any real recovery plan for PSP must include:
-
Antioxidants to undo the damage
-
Support for your immune system
-
Natural ways to gently detox and restore balance
Your Daily Spike Protein Defense Kit
These 4 supplements work together to help your body fight back, reduce inflammation, and clear lingering spike protein.
🔗 Bromelain (500mg – 1x daily)

Important: Take 30 minutes before food or 2+ hours after.
(Eating blocks its power—timing is everything!)
🔗 Curcumin/ Turmeric (500mg – 2x daily)
